The Saigon Ultimate Club (SUC) was founded in 2004 by a group of former Hanoi Ultimate Club (HUC) players, whose passion for the game followed them to Ho Chi Minh City. After spreading word around town via posters and flyers, SUC founders recruited more than 30 enthusiasts to attend SUC's first pick-up game on June 27, 2004 on a muddy field by the Saigon River.
Since then, the club has grown to include more than 50 members and has a regular venue on the lush new fields of RMIT Vietnam's campus in South Saigon. Dozens of RMIT students have been recruited to the sport. Practices and pick-up games are held at the RMIT fields every Sunday from 3:30 - 5:30pm.
