[UFOS] updates & player fees

Hi Quan,
 
Thanks for your detailed info about the fields. I used to contact A41 Cong Hoa, the field belongs to the army so they do not accept foreign elements ("yeu to nuoc ngoai" - that was what they call foreigners). I hope A367 and A370 are not managed by the army. Even though we play every week, we feel uneasy for not having been able to arrange a good time for everybody to get to the field. It will work out with our efforts, I believe.
