Coming from Q1/QBTh, the easiest way to get there, without having to go back and forth on DBP bc of the divider (as Aaron mentioned), is to go "north" on XVNT, then turn right into street "D5", and approach the "D2/D3" area from north. The fields are at the far end of street "D3" right after passing "Dai Hoc Giao Thong Van Thai, HCM" uni. Right in the middle of the map above. 

If you still want to meet in downtown, lets meet around 745pm in front of the Zoo (main gate/Le Duan). I can't make it earlier but there will be plenty of time to get there by 815pm.

Please confirm this - otherwise I won't stop by the zoo.
