<p>Hi everyone, </p><p>Disc this Sunday will start at 3:30pm. Come earlier for warm ups and will start a drill or two (ideally) by 3:30pm. </p><p>Just a friendly reminder to the bring the following: </p><p>1.) Cleats or Rubber Shoes. Let's all gear up properly to avoid cramps and crushed foot (after someone with cleats accidentally step on it) </p>
<p>2.) White "AND" (not "OR") Colored Shirts. To divide the teams fairly and evenly. </p><p>3.) Your own refreshment. Water, Energy Drink or can Beers! </p><p>4.) Field fee. Which will be collected before we begin. </p>
