<p>Hi everyone, </p><p></p><p>First training of the year will take place this Saturday. 10am </p><p>We will have plyos and new drills! and RMIT vs. SUC Sting Scrimmage to wrap it :) </p><p>Intense work out will start at 10am. Be a bit earlier for individual warm up and 50s with a partner (50 Backhand, 50 forehand and 50 Overhead throws) </p>
<p></p><p>Sunday will be Pick up games. Discs will start flying at 330pm. Bring a new soul! and ofcourse, your white AND colored shirts. Let's make Tri proud that we know how to follow Club rules. Hehehe. </p><p></p><p>
