discussions and voting of the leadership group. But if no one is interested in
a particular issue, then the group will decide amongst themselves. <br>

of the leadership group to decide on an issue. For example, if the leadership
group is 5 people, then three people could decide if they all agree.<br>

structure, it will be easier to get things done - but the responsibility and
